This is an acrylic painting of an African Elephant with raised trunk, painted on two wild Eastern Turkey tail feathers.  The base of the shafts are adorned with body and covert feathers.  Some say if the trunk is up the elephant will shower good fortune on all who walk past it. The feathers are matted and framed in a shadow box.
